Are you suffering due to a substance abuse issue?

6 % of American over the age of 12 abuse prescription drugs. 12% of prescription drug abusers are addicted. 4 out of 5 pharmacy prescriptions filled are opioids.

"Prescription drug abuse is insidious and widely misunderstood. Young adults are the heaviest users, but older and elderly patients are at heightened risk of misuse and addiction." National Center for Drug Abuse Statistics NCDAS

9.7 Million Annual Abusers of Painkillers with 9.3 Millions Opioid alone is tremendously high especially when you consider these numbers are based on those who were willing to be honest about their drug usage when surveyed. There is a large number of people who were not reached or who were not willingly to be honest due to the denial that comes along with active use of drugs such as narcotics.

Oxycodone or “oxy” is the opioid that makes powerful and highly addictive painkiller's, such as OxyContin®. The makers of OxyContin have been subject to multiple lawsuits regarding the drug’s role in the national opioid overdose epidemic. The issue we face here in America, these manufactures create loopholes in our legal system and or factor lawsuits into their overhead as "the cost of doing business". When families finally say enough is enough, families like the Sackler's simply file bankruptcy and walk away with billions in their pockets despite millions becoming addiction and or die due to their drugs.

In classical Greek pharmakeia referred to the use of drugs whether for medicinal or more sinister purposes, e.g., poisoning. In the New Testament, however, it is invariably associated with the occult, both here in Galatians [5:20] and in Revelation, where it occurs twice (Rev 9:21; 18:23). English translations usually render pharmakeia as “witchcraft” (KJV, NIV) or “sorcery” (RSV, NEB).
