đ 2. What You'll Need to Do
Pick a location based on your needs (in-person vs. telehealth, hours, insurance).

âHi, Iâm [Your Name], and Iâd like to start Suboxone treatment. Do you have new patient availability? I have [insurance/Medicaid/no insurance]. Whatâs the intake process and timeline?â
Ask:
What forms or info you need to bring
Whether the first visit is in-person or telehealth
What to do about labs or urine screens

A licensed provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) will:
Review your medical and opioid use history
Evaluate withdrawal level
